I stayed home from school today, courtesy of a 103-degree fever. Amy has been taking very good care of me, and I got about 18 hours of sleep last night. I’ll be staying home tomorrow, too, as it’s not going away.
Since yesterday afternoon, it’s gone like this:
- Shiver
- Ache
- Sweat
- Repeat
Things that have seen me through:
- Ibuprofin
- Hoodies
- Water
- Sleep
- Law & Order on TNT (apparently they don’t think four episodes a day is too many)
- And of course, Amy

I have not been praying for you …. sorry. I had a weird fever a few weeks ago that involved …. uh …. ummm … painful urination. I am afraid that I am a man who was experiencing woman problems. I was just wondering if your fever has any “woman problem” symptoms like mine, because if there are 2 men with woman problems, then we could officially call it “New Kind Of Man Problems”. Oh well, just curious and hopeful.

Sorry you had to go through that. So far, my only symptoms have been:
Aches - since Tuesday
Coughing - since Thursday
Fever - since Tuesday
I’m betting on Bird Flu or Ebola.
