The Bible is very easy to understand. But we Christians are a bunch of scheming swindlers. We pretend to be unable to understand it because we know very well that the minute we understand we are obliged to act accordingly. —Soren Kierkegaard

Register to Comment and Avoid Being Moderated

THX and others often leave legitimate comments that, for some reason, get stuck in the comment moderation queue. This has been a source of annoyance for quite some time, so I was pleased to find this plugin today: Never Moderate, from Coffee2Code.

If you register to post comments on this blog, your comments will no longer get stuck in moderation, even if you use a blacklisted word like casino or Viagra. If you’ve registered to comment previously but have lost your password, you can retrieve it here.

Of course, spammy and/or wildly inappropriate comments will still be manually moderated, but at least comments won’t mysteriously pass into spamland if they’re from registered readers.
