The Seattle Times: Local News: New Coptic church a tribute to past and future
In Lynnwood, a northern suburb of Seattle, an old-skool Coptic church is being built. 12,000 square feet, 200ft dome, baptismal font, the works.
Apparently, the church (St. Mary’s) consists mostly of families that are actually Coptic, that is, Egyptian Christians.

Hey Baeder,
It’s Baeder Time here in Bellflower, CA and we be Christians too. We are Baeder’s derived from the corn feilds of Grand Island Nebraska, Lutheran in roots, but now part of the ever popular nondenom churches that adhere themselves to the fiber of every community w/in the West coast. Also I like Egyptians and cateb is how one would say “book” in that copic speech. However, if you want to dive further into the Egyptian happenings that occur when concocted with rock and roll, reply and you shall receive the lyrics to Ben Baeder’s “I rocked too hard last night, that my cats, they turned to mummies.”
Let none be Baeder Hater,
Samuel Keith Baeder
